9-Days Tanzania Bush to Beach

DAY 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha City: 55kms/1hour
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by one of our experienced driver guides who will escort you to Arusha Town and to your reserved hotel. He will introduce you to this wonderful city and country. Dinner and Overnight at Mount Meru Hotel on Half Board Basis

DAY 2: Arusha City – Tarangire National Park: 120 kms /2hours
After a tasty breakfast, our driver guide will pick you at your hotel together with your lunch and drive you to Tarangire for game viewing. The park is well known for large number of elephants that congregate here, as do many wildebeest and zebras. There are also significant population of impala, giraffes, eland and buffalo. Thompson’s, gazelle, Coke’s hartebeest, bohor reedbuck and both greater and lesser kudu are found here. Lion are common throughout Tarangire, as are leopard. Later during the day, you will proceed to your reserved accommodation inside the national park Dinner and Overnight at Tarangire Sopa
lodge on Full Board Basis

DAY 3: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park:280km/6:10hours

The exciting sounds of Africa will rose from your sleep and start heading to Serengeti. Serengeti offers an exotic game-viewing experience in the whole of Africa giving you up-close look of the animals you only seen in National Geographic: great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe, andthousands of elands, topi, kongoni, impala and Grant’s gazelle. Later during the day, you will proceed to your reserved accommodation inside the national park
Dinner and Overnight at Serengeti Sametu Camp on Full Board Basis

DAY 4: Full Day game viewing in Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you proceed with game drives safari in the Serengeti exploring
the rolling plains of Serengeti National Park in search of large predators and the
gentle herbivorous, on which they feed. Later during the day, you will proceed to
your reserved accommodation inside the national park Dinner and Overnight at
Acacia Central Camp on Full Board Basis

DAY 5: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater –Karatu: 170km/4:10hours
After breakfast, we will drive to Ngorongoro for the crater tour with picnic descent
to the crater floor for the day tour. Some 20,000 mammals live in the area
including about 20 black rhinoceros, making the crater the best place in Tanzania
to see these amazing creatures. The crater floor also has one of the highest
carnivore densities in the world. Lions, cheetahs, hyenas and jackals are
commonly seen, while leopards, servals and bat-eared foxes may be seen with
some luck. Later during the day, you will proceed to your reserved
accommodation Dinner and Overnight at Ngorongoro Farm House on Full Board
Basis

DAY 6: Karatu – Arusha Airport fly to Zanzibar – Stone Town
After breakfast, drive back to Arusha for a drop off at the airport and the flight to
Zanzibar. On arrival, you will be met and greeted then transferred to the hotel in
Stone Town for dinner and your overnight stay. Dinner and Overnight at Golden
Tulip Hotel

DAY 7: Stone Town – North Coast (Nungwi)
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, followed by a Stone Town Tour and Spice
Tour. In the afternoon, transfer to North Nungwi Beach for dinner and your
overnight stay at the hotel. Dinner and Overnight at Spice Island Resort

DAY 8: Full Day in Beach Hotel
Today you will have breakfast at the hotel and a full day of relaxing at the beach.
Any sea sport will be organized from the hotel at an extra cost. In the evening,
enjoy dinner and your overnight stay at the hotel. Right on the northernmost point
of the island, the beach that surrounds this area is truly stunning. Azure waters
and white sands are what awaits those that come here. The only drawback really
is that many of the hotels have had to perch on the coral cliffs that run north from
the village and as such lose their beaches at high tide. Generally, however, this
is not a problem with the small backpacker community in the village. Dinner and

DAY 9: Beach Hotel – Zanzibar Airport
Depart after breakfast and drive to Stone Town for the last-minute sightseeing.
Proceed to the airport for the drop off ready to catch your flight back home. That
is where our Tanzania safari and beach holiday will end. When back home, post
your photos, share your stories and relive the memories with us.
